Ok I know this is off-topic but I know about a GREAT dog in Chicago who needs a good home! He is an 8-10 month old Lab mix, and I think he would make a great caching buddy for someone! He is very friendly with people (including kids) and other dogs. He is very forgiving and pretty laid-back and calm for a puppy his age. He's about the calmest "teenage" dog I've met actually.  He is about the size of an average to large Labrador, probably around 60 pounds.
He is housebroken and crate trained, does not have much in the way of obedience training but is a fast learner. He is great in the house and does not seem to have any behavior issues or bad habits, and is not afraid of anything! He loves to go for long walks and to play with other dogs, and he'd love to have another dog to play with. He would be best in a house without cats though (he's not sure what to make of cats, but thinks they may be something to chase...)  I think he would love to do a "dog sport" like agility or obedience, and would also make a good therapy dog if someone was up for the training involved.

If anyone is interested please send me a message!

Here are some more photos...
Some background info: He was rescued from his owners as a puppy, they were not treating him very well and were keeping him in the yard. He ended up at the city shelter, where he was picked up by another rescue/shelter. Although he spent most of his puppy-hood outside you would never know it, he is a smart and adaptive dog and had no problems adjusting to living inside.
